Brow work includes ombré powder brows, a nano hairstroke method for hair-stroke brows, brow correction and brow removal. Lip work covers lip blushing, which deposits pigment into the lips, an outline lip service and dark lip correction. Eyeliner options are bottom eyeliner, lashline enhancement and winged eyeliner.

A visit usually runs about 1 to 2.5 hours and includes a consultation, numbing and the procedure. Shape and color are settled together with the client, with swatches shown before any work starts. Topical numbing cream and gel are applied before and during the procedure to help with comfort. Patch testing can be arranged before booking for anyone with allergy concerns.

Permanent cosmetic pigments meet USA and EU guidelines, according to the studio. An ingredient breakdown and safety data sheet can be requested. Needles and supplies are single-use, and the studio says its practices follow sanitation guidelines for beauty spas. All artists are on the county's register of body art practitioners. The studio reports passing every county health inspection, and the certificate can be provided on request.

New clients send photos of bare brows, eyeliner or lips for a price estimate, since touch-ups are not included in the first price. Touch-ups for existing clients are $100 at 1 to 2 months and $200 at 2 to 6 months. Clients returning after more than 6 months get 50% off the original price, and those returning after more than 2 years are treated as new. Deposits are non-refundable but may move to a new date if rescheduled or canceled more than 72 hours ahead. Each client may reschedule once more than 72 hours out, while late cancellations, no-shows and arrivals 20 minutes late forfeit the deposit. Only one guest is allowed, children and pets are not permitted, and clients must be 18 or older. Some procedures are not suitable for certain medical conditions or recent Accutane use, and the full list is in the studio's policy.

Uses single-use, disposable supplies and pigments made for permanent cosmetics, and chooses shape and color together with each client.
