Waxing is done with a chocolate wax made from cocoa butter, natural oils and vitamins, applied at a low temperature and presented as suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The studio says the wax causes less pain than sugar or resin waxes and helps moisturize skin and reduce redness afterward. It also says regular waxing can lead to thinner, weaker regrowth over time, and that its specialists remove both fine and coarser hair in one application. Fragrance-free options are available, and waxing is recommended every four to six weeks. Women's services range from lips at $8 to a full-body wax starting at $250, with bundles for Brazilian, legs and underarms. Men's services include face, underarm, back, chest, leg, butt and bikini-line options, and a full-body wellness wax at $350, which uses polymer hard wax on sensitive areas and strip wax on larger ones.

Lash work covers classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash, along with wet-look, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets. Full classic sets start at $120 and mega volume sets start at $250. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, and refills in some styles require at least 40% of natural lashes to remain. Lash lifts, lash tinting, a combined lift and tint, and removal of old extensions are also offered. Brow services include eyebrow clean up with tinting and eyebrow lamination, which uses a gentle chemical solution to reshape brows. The studio describes its lash artistry as exceptional.

Booking has a few steps. New clients are asked to complete the online waiver before their visit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $25 no-show fee. Full-body and intimate-area appointments require a validated digital profile, a credit card on file and a government-issued ID before approval. Sessions may be stopped for inappropriate behavior, and the full service fee is charged in that case. Payment is accepted by cash, check, debit card, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Free parking, disabled access, WiFi and kid-friendly listing are noted, and staff speak English and Vietnamese.

Built around a chocolate wax and a low-temperature method, with clients asked to disclose current skincare routines, including Retin-A, Accutane and AHA or glycolic products, before waxing, and lash clients advised to book with a certified lash technician.
