Artistry by Lucy is a Fairfax studio at 8318 Arlington Blvd, Suite 203, with free parking in front of the main entrance and around the building. Owner Luciana Garcia, known as Lucy, founded it with the aim of helping clients feel effortlessly beautiful. The menu spans brows, lashes, permanent makeup, makeup, hair, bridal and waxing.

Permanent makeup is a core part of the work. Brows and lips are hand-mapped to the face and approved by the client before any pigment is placed, and a consultation is required before every permanent makeup service. Color settles over the first one to two weeks as the skin heals, and a touch-up is scheduled at around six weeks. That touch-up is $150 and includes an aftercare kit.

Bridal work follows a set sequence: a consultation, a trial session, on-site application on the wedding day, and a touch-up before the ceremony. A bridal trial can be booked before contracts are signed, but it does not hold the wedding date. Local travel is charged at $1 per mile round trip from Fairfax, and destination weddings, including flights and lodging, are quoted individually.

Waxing is done with Bushbalm products and covers facial and full-body areas, and every Brazilian includes a complimentary hydrogel vajacial. Bushbalm retail products, including ingrown-fighting oils and exfoliating scrubs, are sold in the studio. Curated packages such as Brow and Lash Duo, Full Body Smooth and The Full Glow-Up come at a bundled rate. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 through the online booking page.

Hours are 10:30am to 5pm Tuesday through Thursday, 10:30am to 7pm Friday, and 8am to 12pm Sunday, with the studio closed Monday and Saturday. The salon takes text messages only at 571-376-8383, and questions can also go to Info@artistrybylucy.com.
