Luciana Garcia (Lucy)

Luciana Garcia, called Lucy, owns Artistry by Lucy and is based in Northern Virginia. She is a licensed esthetician and a certified makeup and permanent makeup artist, and her focus is brows, lashes and permanent makeup. She has over ten years of experience as a makeup artist and hair stylist, and over two years as a licensed esthetician.

She set up the studio to help clients feel beautiful with little effort. She works with precision and care, shaping each service to the client's features and lifestyle. She is also a certified Bushbalm Pro Waxer.

She is available to travel for destination weddings.
