The studio began by specializing in lip blush and powder brows. It now concentrates on brow lamination, lash lifts and customized beauty services, including facials. A brow lamination includes brow mapping, precise tweezing or waxing, a brow tint or stain, and a deep conditioning treatment. Clients are asked not to trim their brows for five to six weeks before the appointment. Results from a brow lamination or lash lift last about six to eight weeks on average. The studio says it uses only high quality products.

Deposits go toward the total cost and are deducted at checkout. A deposit is forfeited for a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, but can move to a new time if the client reschedules 24 or more hours ahead. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $10 late fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show.
