Facials are adjusted at each visit to the condition of the skin that day, using skincare, massage and intuitive care. Facial pricing includes no upgrades, no surprise add-ons and no gratuity. A complimentary skin consultation is offered, and Mystica, a 60-minute signature facial, is listed as the recommended first visit. Facials range from the 45-minute Lunessa for teens ages 12 to 19 to the 135-minute The Violet.
Beyond facials, the menu covers brow, lip, face, sideburn, bikini and Brazilian waxing, lash tints and lifts, brow lamination, and elevated skin treatments such as microneedling, PCA Skin chemical peels, Fountain of Youth and a toxin-free firming facial. Beauty bundles pair certain waxing and lash services with Reiki. Astrology readings are done over video, and coaching ranges from single sessions to a ten-session private program. The salon describes itself as offering the best facials and waxing in Austin.
Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients can book online or send a direct message. On arrival, they text their provider and wait in their car or the first-floor lobby until the provider replies. Gratuities are not accepted. Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours notice, otherwise 50% of the session price applies, and a missed appointment may be charged the full service price. Memberships are month to month with a three-month minimum and can be cancelled anytime after that.
