The menu is grouped into chemical peels, facials and skincare, brows and lashes, and permanent makeup. Peels are offered for specific areas, including the face and neck, underarms, the inner thigh and full Brazilian area, the back, and stretch marks. The Empire Deep Pore Cleanse/Maintenance Facial opens with a skin analysis and uses hot towels, extractions, high frequency, tension release and a light enzyme exfoliation. Clients who are not yet ready to visit can book a virtual skincare consultation by video call, which includes a custom morning and evening regimen and a digital routine guide.

The studio is the authorized retailer of glymed+ skincare, which it sells on site. The studio says its glymed+ products come from the official glymed+ laboratory. The brand was founded in 1991 by Christine Heathman and offers cleansers, serums, hydrators and SPF, which are used together in a Cleanse, Treat, Balance, Protect routine.

Bookings are made online or by text. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are not charged, while cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the scheduled cost and no-shows are charged the full service amount. No card is charged at booking, and services are paid for in person after the appointment. After-hours appointments can be requested for a 20 percent price increase.
