Facial work is the core of the menu. Hydrafacial treatments come in several tiers, from a 45-minute maintenance version to longer 60 to 90 minute treatments with extractions, masques and LED light therapy. The studio also offers facial treatments such as a 60-minute essential facial, a 90-minute treatment with cleansing, massage, extraction and either dermaplaning or a peel, and an oxygen facial with an enzymatic peel. Add-ons can be layered onto a visit, including high frequency, LED light therapy, microcurrent, chemical peels, dermaplaning and lymphatic massage with derma globes. Facial packages and series are available on request, and broad spectrum sun protection is included with every facial.

Beyond facials, the studio offers brow tints, lash tints, lash lifts and a combined lash and brow tint, with the lash lift formulation described as vegan and cruelty free. Hair removal is done by sugaring or waxing. The sugar paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water, and the studio is certified with Alexandria Professional Sugar. Waxing is offered in both soft and hard wax. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before a removal appointment.

Booking is by appointment only, and each appointment time is held exclusively for the booked client. Hours are Monday 10am to 3pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 11am to 4pm. A credit card is required to hold appointments, and clients more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated. E-gift cards are available.

The studio aims to give every client a personalized, positive experience. Clients are advised to drink plenty of water before hair removal and facial appointments, avoid sun exposure and heavy sweating on the day of a service, and begin at-home care 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
