The hair services include basic and fashion color, gray coverage, foil and cap highlights, ombre, color removal, toner, intense blonding, blowdries, braids, updos and conditioning treatments. Men's cuts range from short clipper cuts to longer styles, and children's haircuts are also offered. The nail department handles manicures, pedicures, gel polish, toenail trims and combination services, and it has a diabetic pedicure and a wellness pedicure. Professional waxing is offered as well, and the salon says it keeps skin smooth for up to six weeks.

Pricing is set per service, with base prices listed for each one. Final prices vary based on the stylist's years of experience, advanced education and demand for that stylist. Services of 2.5 hours or more require a credit card. A $75 fee applies if an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. eGift cards are available in amounts of $25, $50, $100 and $150, or in a custom amount. Nail department appointments and questions go to its own line, and the main salon number is separate.
