Hair is the core of the menu: women's and men's cutting, single-process and foil color, balayage, highlighting, blowdries and styling, and curly-hair cutting using the DEVA method. Extensions are available through the stylists, including tape-in, microlink and Cinderella bonded styles.

The TSG Experience, formerly St. Germain Studio, is now based at the salon, with Tom and Julia taking bookings through the salon's booking link. Bridal services include a bridal pretrial and a bridal upstyle. On-site wedding hair and makeup is priced differently from in-salon services and is arranged by contacting Shaina Mongeau or Casey Bryan. Brow, lip and chin waxing is also on the menu.

Guests should book ahead and come alone, since no extra guests, including spouses, children or friends, are allowed during an appointment. Children may be on the cutting floor only when receiving a service. Phone use is asked to be kept to a minimum during a visit. Services that take three hours or more require a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and the full service amount is charged for no-shows and late cancellations. Reminders are sent by email, text or phone, but tracking the appointment is the guest's responsibility. Payment is accepted in cash and major credit cards, and tips can be given in cash or on card. Gift cards come in any amount but cannot be cashed out, returned or used as a tip. The salon can be reached at (401) 274-4820.

Work is built on named professional systems, including L'ANZA, DEVA cut for curly hair, and Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatments.
