The studio operates as a private suite on West Armitage Avenue in Logan Square and has been open for two years. The owner is a nail technician with ten years of experience. Each appointment is individually tailored, and the space is set up for one client's visit at a time.
Russian manicures and waterless pedicures are the studio's specialty. Cuticle work and nail finishing are carried out with an electric file. Instruments are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave, and single-use supplies cover the rest of the work.
Gel polish and hard gel are the studio's gel systems, and it does not mix them with unknown brands. Overlays, extensions and nail art are built on these. Acrylic and dip powder services are not offered. Some services are open only to existing clients, including the manicure and pedicure combinations.
Hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and closed Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice during business hours. Same-day changes need 4 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full booked service. No-shows are charged the full reserved services. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and the studio may refuse partial or full services for arrivals later than that. Appointments outside business hours carry a $50 convenience fee when available.
Deposits are non-refundable, apply to services and transfer to a rescheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled twice, and a further change cancels the booking and forfeits the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold.
