The studio's stated priority is hair integrity, meaning cuts, color and extensions chosen to keep hair healthy and growing. New clients can start with a free 15-minute cut and color consultation. New clients considering extensions need a free 30-minute extensions consultation to talk through candidacy, pricing, volume, length goals and texture matching. Existing clients can book a $20, 30-minute virtual consult on Google Meet for at-home care questions or help with styling and product choices.

Services range from dry-cut express haircuts for returning clients to full color work. Blowouts include a wash and a style of the client's choosing, with a straightening option. Curly-haired clients can begin with a See My Curls new client intro, which includes a detox treatment, cleanse, hydration, styling, diffusing and a product list for their hair, or book a diffuse service that includes an at-home styling lesson. Color runs from express glosses, toners, glazes and root touch-ups to all-over color, which can be done with non-bleaching methods for clients with untreated hair after consultation. Four color packages scale in coverage up to a full transformation. K18 is used in the packages and the Treatments Add-On, and smoothing is done with Cezanne Formaldehyde Free Keratin.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday through Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Monday. New clients pay a $50 deposit for most haircut, blowout, gloss, touchup and diffuse services, and a $100 deposit for color packages or the keratin treatment, or $200 for the Transformational Color Package. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours out carry a fee of half the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is charged half the price and cannot be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
