Consultations are required for new clients and for chemical services such as color. First-time clients getting a chemical or treatment service have a free consultation, and color consultations are $15. Clients booking color are asked to arrive with clean, detangled hair free of oil, dirt, glue or debris.

Booking requires a $25 deposit submitted at least 24 hours after booking; without it, the appointment is cancelled. Deposits can be paid by Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle, and remaining balances by cash, Apple Pay, Zelle or card, with a $3 service fee on card payments. Same-day appointments are not offered, but emergency squeeze-ins can be requested by message through Square or Instagram DM for an additional fee.
