Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation. A free consultation lets clients meet the team and talk through options before booking. Stylists work at different levels, from Rising Stylist through Master III, and prices vary by level. Color correction and fantasy or fashion shades are priced after a consultation, which is required before service. The salon describes its atmosphere as laid back.
The salon uses Goldwell and Davines product lines and favors simple, easy-to-use products. It looks for brand partners that prioritize sustainability and ethical business practices. Recommended products can be returned or exchanged with no time limit, and clients can contact the salon within 14 days of an appointment for complimentary adjustments. Body waxing is no longer offered.
Reservations require a credit card. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows are charged the full scheduled total. Arriving 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a shorter service. Clients can note their pronouns when booking so the stylist can plan the appointment. Email gets a reply within 48 hours. Hours are Monday 10AM to 6PM, Tuesday to Friday 9AM to 7PM, and Saturdays by appointment. The salon shares a parking lot with Starbucks at 400 N. Robinson Street, and street parking is usually available.
