New clients need to book a consultation before they can book a service appointment. A $30 deposit secures the booking; it is non-refundable and is applied to the final total. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled within 30 days.
Clients are asked to prepare ahead of their visit. Braid clients should arrive with clean hair blown out straight, or book a wash or blow dry service first. Loc extension clients should bring the extensions and one pack of Afro kinky hair. A return visit about six weeks after installation is recommended for a wash, retwist, and tightening.
