Two treatments, a chlorine and impurity remover and a hair crack conditioning treatment, are also offered, along with a clear gloss and blow-dry promotion at $100.

Every Thursday the salon needs models for apprentices to practice on under expert supervision. Clients who take part receive discounted services, priced from $20 to $60.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays. Wednesday hours run later, until 8pm. Clients can have beverages during their visit, including cappuccinos, brewed teas, matcha and Topo Chico. On-location services are available for a travel fee, and on-location pricing is available on request.

Appointments require a credit card to hold. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the booked services, and same-day changes need at least 2 hours' notice. Arriving more than 20 minutes late can also lead to that fee if the service cannot be provided. No-shows are charged the full booked amount, and no new appointment is booked until that is paid. Payment is accepted by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay and cash.
