Color and shampoo services use clean, organic products. The salon sells Kevin Murphy and Innersense Organic Beauty products for repair, hydration and curly hair. Curly cuts are offered for women and men as their own service group. Prices can differ by artist, and extension pricing and removal are set after a consultation.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and closed Sunday and Monday. Wedding and event services include a trial, day-of styling, and a package that adds make-up. Bookings need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, the reserved card is charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are included. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not receive the booked service, and a cancellation fee may apply. Services are not refunded. Adjustments must be requested by phone within 7 days and are handled by the same stylist.
