The salon's philosophy is that good hair starts with the individual, so each service is tailored to the client's own style. Color is a central focus, with lived-in highlights and balayage and classic highlights and balayage offered alongside gloss and toning and grey coverage. Haircuts are the other main offering, and the salon describes its cuts as effortless.

Hand tied, K tip and tape extensions are priced after a consultation. Blowouts, deep conditioning treatments and keratin treatments round out the menu. The salon sells R+Co products and features them as its favorites.

Policies are worth knowing before booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive their full service and may need to rebook. Refunds are not offered because of the time and product used. Technical errors such as a bleed mark or a loose extension weft are corrected at no stated charge if reported promptly.

Hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday, and Sunday by request. Free parking is available in front of the salon, above it, or in the parking garage to its left.
