The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Many braid and twist services require a $25 deposit, and some new clients are asked for $50. A 20% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Appointment length depends on the style. A trim is listed at about 15 minutes, while waist-length medium box braids are listed at about 390 minutes, so the longest styles take most of a day.
