Visits start with a consultation for new and transfer clients, and for anyone not seen in the past 12 weeks. Consultations run 60 minutes, with deposits between $25 and $50 depending on the type. Bookings are made through the studio's GlossGenius page, or by calling or texting 442-363-6054. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, arriving 20 minutes late carries a $15 late fee, and no-call no-shows are charged in full. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, full payment is due on the first day of service, and guests are not allowed at appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Extension options include Cherilocs extensions, micro-interlock extensions, traditional or instant loc extensions, and custom handmade loc extensions. Locs can be started with coiled two-strand starters, instant crochet locs, or micro-interlocks. Existing locs can be maintained, repaired, retied, styled, or treated with steam, detox, and scalp work.
The studio aims to help natural hair grow healthy and long without perms or other chemicals, and it places an emphasis on educating clients.
