The menu covers a wide range of braid styles and sizes for boys, girls, men, and adults, including stitch braids, knotless and lemonade braids, Fulani and bohemian styles, braided ponytails, crochet installs, and miracle knotless crochet styles.

Booking starts with a $52 non-refundable retainer, which can be paid through Zelle with no service fee. Paying the retainer by Square carries a 3% service charge. The remaining balance is taken in cash or through Square, and further instructions arrive in the confirmation email after booking. The service menu opens on Sundays at 9:00 am.

Most listed services include all hair and products. Some services are labor only, and human hair bundles are sold as separate add-ons. Fulani styles use bonded or sew-in bundles that are not included and must be added separately, and Miracle Knotless Crotchet does not include human hair. The Custom Color add-on uses a custom braiding hair blend in three colors.

Clients are asked to arrive with their hair blown out, free of product, and ready for service. No extra guests may accompany a client during the appointment. Time estimates for each service can run over, so clients running behind should call 30 minutes before their appointment time. Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance, and a no-call, no-show means the client cannot book a future appointment. Booking means agreeing to have photos shared on web and social platforms for promotional purposes.
