The studio is owned by Alison Gatchel, who works as an esthetician and permanent makeup artist. The business is built around the idea that beauty doesn't follow one standard, and it aims to be a safe, welcoming place for clients of any style, identity or background. Alison has a particular focus on alternative and goth esthetics.

Brow work is a major part of the menu. Ombré brows are a permanent makeup technique that is darker at the tail and softer toward the front, and they need touchups over time; the studio offers touchups at 6 weeks, 6 to 12 months, and 1 year or more after the initial treatment. Brow mapping, tinting and lamination are available on their own or combined. Lash services cover extension sets in classic, volume and anime styles, along with fills, lifts, tinting and removal. Waxing is available for lip, underarm, brows and full face.

Booking has a few practical details. New clients are asked for a deposit on several services, deposits are non-refundable, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
