Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, dry cuts, blowouts and special event styling, along with color from retouches and all-over color to highlights, dimensional color and toner. All color services include a cut and style. New color clients complete a consultation before booking. Extension work includes beaded wefts, tape-ins and single strand options, and two of the team are certified extension specialists. An extension consultation costs $25, and that fee goes toward the deposit if the client orders extensions.

Beauty services beyond hair include lash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, lash lifts and tints, brow tinting, waxing and lamination, and a combined lash and brow package. Clients need a patch test at least 24 hours before a lash lift, lash extension or brow lamination unless they sign a waiver. The Scalp Detox includes a scalp scope before and after, and sunless tanning comes in customized and rapid options.

Bridal work is done in a private studio of about 600 square feet on the second floor. Bridal trials take place at the salon. Reserving a bridal party requires a $200 booking fee and a signed contract, and only approved bridal stylists and makeup artists work on bridal parties. Travel is available for bookings of four or more services, with a $25 fee per stylist within 25 miles and additional fees beyond that.

Cancellations or changes with at least 48 hours notice are free, while shorter notice is charged at 50 percent of the service. Missed appointments without a phone call are charged in full, and arriving more than 10 minutes late means rebooking. Children may come in only while a client is receiving a service and cannot sit in on treatments, and the salon does not offer childcare. A waitlist is available on the website, and evenings and weekends fill quickly.

The second-floor studios can also be rented. One room of about 600 square feet has two rooms and two stations and is available by the hour, half day or full day. Luxe Skin Esthetics is a 300 square foot studio rentable by the day, and Luxe Bronze is a sunless tanning studio on the same floor.

Each professional works as an independent business owner who sets their own bookings and pricing.
