Hair services include Brazilian blowouts, extensions, color, haircuts, highlights and balayage, and updos planned around a client's own ideas. The stylists are trained in extension placement. Nail services cover acrylics, gel and Gel-X work, and pedicures in basic or luxury versions, with the luxury pedicure including a massage. Skin services include custom facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facial and body waxing, brow lamination, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, and a professional skincare consultation. Sunless tanning, makeup for weddings, photo shoots, events and everyday tutorials, and tattoos round out the menu.
Visits are booked online or by phone, and hours vary by stylist. Appointments are required, and cancellations are asked for at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations may be charged 75% of the appointment cost and missed appointments 100%. Spa materials and equipment are sanitized between clients. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and children without appointments wait in the welcome area with an adult. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, debit cards and cash, and some artists also take Venmo and personal checks.
The salon presents itself as a supportive community where beauty professionals work side by side.
Intended as a relaxing, uplifting retreat, and guests are asked to leave politics, polarizing news and gossip out of the salon.
