Prices vary with hair length, density, product use, time required and complexity. Payment is due in full when each service is completed, and partial or deferred payments are not accepted. Card payments through GlossGenius carry a 3.5% technology fee paid by the client, while cash avoids the fee. Services are final sale and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full service price, and those with less than 48 hours notice are charged half. Cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours notice carry no fee. Confirmations are sent 72 hours before an appointment, and clients have a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals are charged the full booked service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service with the next one paid in advance. Guests must ask before photographing staff or others.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9am to 9pm, Wednesday from 8am to 7:30pm, Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday from 9am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The phone number is 267-207-8533.
