The studio is on the second floor, reached by stairs or elevator from the lobby. Clients text the studio from the lobby so they can be shown to the suite. Services are by appointment only, and the studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 9pm.

Waxing covers full body work and Brazilian waxing for all body types and genders, followed by post-wax treatments when wanted. The business describes its waxing and body care as gentle yet effective. Its body care treatments are meant to soothe redness, irritation and ingrown bumps.

Members agree to three wax cycles, after which the rate, services or membership can be changed or ended. Unused waxes do not carry over, and a missed wax within a week of the scheduled date does not affect the membership unless it becomes a habit. Members can skip up to three months' payments per calendar year using a freeze form, or cancel permanently with a cancellation form. Sign-up runs through a waitlist with limited slots.

The studio sells body care products in store only, including the Bia, Bryght and Sugarberry lines. Bryght skin brightening is offered as a package of three sessions, either for an additional area or service at $240, or with home products at $360. Products and promotions are non-refundable. New clients complete a Skin Health and Consent form before the first appointment, and clients are asked to prep their skin and hair before a wax and follow aftercare instructions. eGift cards are available in $25, $50, $100, $150 or a custom amount.

The studio focuses on waxing and body care that is gentle and effective, with clear preparation and aftercare guidance for each visit.
