It serves patients in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale and the wider Phoenix area.

Visits are by appointment only. The practice works mainly as a private-pay, concierge-style service with longer appointment times. Psychiatric care is the one area billed to insurance, with several named commercial plans accepted for psychiatric and mental health services; Medicare and Medicaid patients are not currently treated. Superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on the plan. Payment is due at the time of service, and major credit cards are accepted. Lab work, imaging, specialty testing, medications and supplements are billed separately from visit fees.

The Beauty Optimization menu includes Botox, Daxxify and Jeuveau, which are used to soften dynamic lines. Chemical peels come in three VI Peel versions: Advanced for fine lines, wrinkles and uneven texture; Precision Plus for sun damage, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation; and Purify with Precision Plus for active and hormonal acne, excess oil and acne scarring, with suitability for a range of skin tones after individual assessment. Microneedling, described as collagen induction therapy, can be combined with PRP, and PRP and PRF treatments use the patient's own platelets for skin rejuvenation, volume and under-eye hollowing. Dermal fillers using hyaluronic acid for lips, cheeks, jawline and under-eyes are listed as coming soon. Aesthetic treatments such as Botox and microneedling are for patients 18 and older and require an in-person visit at the Mesa clinic. A first-time visit starts with an Initial Appointment.

Mind Optimization covers ADHD evaluation and management, depression and anxiety care, insomnia, binge eating disorder and mood disorders. First-time patients should book the Mind Optimization Initial Visit, which is a comprehensive psychiatric assessment. ADHD evaluation includes a clinical interview, history review, symptom questionnaires and screening for overlapping conditions, and the practice uses QbCheck, an FDA-cleared objective ADHD assessment that takes about 15 to 20 minutes online and is considered alongside clinical evaluation rather than as a stand-alone test. Treatment may include stimulant or non-stimulant medication, sleep work, behavioral strategies and therapy where appropriate. ADHD evaluation can be paid through insurance or self-pay, with registration completed through Headway.

Body Optimization addresses hormones, metabolism and nutrition. Hormone optimization for men and women may include bioidentical hormone therapy given as pellets, injections, or oral or transdermal options. Medical weight optimization can include prescription GLP-1-based therapies, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, when clinically appropriate, and body and medical weight services are self-pay only. The Gold Concierge Medical Membership is listed at $199 per month and includes two provider visits a month, in person or virtual, with priority scheduling, reserved appointment availability, a dedicated clinical phone line, and after-hours and weekend access for urgent medical concerns. Visits do not roll over to later months, a household member can be added for $99 per month to share the two visits, and members receive 10% off spa services.
