Aesthetics by Chelle is run by its owner, Michelle, an esthetician who works in Mesa. The studio focuses on Brazilian waxing, brow services and facial treatments, and each treatment room is private so every appointment is one-on-one.

Appointments are required, since walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit is needed to book, and a valid card must stay on file. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice avoids losing the deposit; shorter notice or a no-show forfeits it, and if no deposit was paid the card on file is charged the cancellation fee. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Parking is free in the building's lot.

The Brazilian wax is $70 and is offered to first-time clients. Before the appointment, hair should be grown to about 6 mm, lotion should be skipped that day, and loose clothing is advised. Afterward, heat, tight clothing and exfoliation should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours, then gentle exfoliation helps prevent ingrown hairs.

Brow waxing and brow makeover is $30 and includes a shape consultation, wax and tweeze cleanup, and finishing. The studio suggests returning every 3 to 5 weeks to keep the shape.

Facials start at $130 and are tailored to skin type and goals, with aftercare tips included. Michelle also offers to advise clients who want to learn how to care for their own skin. The booking site lists the studio for ages 16 and up.

Treatments are personalized, and the studio describes its work as skincare and waxing delivered in a calm, comfortable setting.
