Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a gloss refresh that tones brassiness, to base touch-ups that cover grays or natural color, all-over color intended for going darker, and foil work. Partial foils include a customized root smudge and gloss, and full foils add a custom root smudge and gloss over a full head. A face-framing refresh of 10 to 20 foils can be done for the face or other areas, with a custom root shadow and gloss.

Cuts include a custom haircut built around hair type and lifestyle, which includes a consultation, precision cutting, and a blowout and style. Shorter add-ons include a cut added to a color service and a bang trim. Consultations cover hair goals, hair health and a customized plan. Extensions are offered in five options, and a custom K-tip installation includes a consultation, installation, styling and extension care products. Blowouts, updos and bridal party styling for a group of seven are also available.

Deep conditioning is offered as a standalone luxe repair treatment for dry, color-treated or overworked hair, or as an add-on to other services. The booking page shows 26 client reviews, which the salon describes as praising custom haircuts, highlights and product recommendations suited to clients' hair.

New clients pay a deposit when booking: $50 for color and foil services, $25 for base touch-ups, $20 for custom haircuts and $15 for consultations. Changes made at least 72 hours ahead avoid a fee, while later reschedules are charged half the service price. No-shows and changes within 24 hours are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
