The business is set up around scheduled appointments, with bookings taken Wednesday through Sunday and the studio closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The menu has two main areas. The eyelash side covers classic extensions, applied one extension to one natural lash for a 1:1 ratio, along with hybrid sets that offer many possible looks for different eye shapes and volume sets. The brow side covers permanent powdered brow work, including ombre brows, which are designed to look like daily makeup applied with a pencil or shadow, with darker tails that fade into a lighter brow start. Nanoblading and yearly touch-ups for brow tattoos are also offered, along with shorter 4-6 week brow touch-ups.

Consultations are free. Lash appointments take a $20 non-refundable deposit toward the final price, and microblading bookings take a $100 non-refundable deposit toward the final price. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and a credit card is required to secure every appointment. A cancellation or no-show without that notice carries a $50 service charge. There is a 15-minute flexible window for lateness, and arriving later than that may mean the deposit is forfeited and the appointment cancelled. A deposit can move to a rescheduled appointment once, if more than 24 hours' notice is given.
