Services are by appointment only, and each time slot is reserved for a single client rather than shared among several clients and technicians. Same-day appointments may be available for last-minute requests if you call the salon. The salon is open Thursday and Friday from 10AM to 8PM, Saturday from 9AM to 8PM, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday.
The core work is full-set extensions in acrylic or Gel X, offered in short to medium lengths and in long to mega long lengths. Clients can choose the La Profesional or The Bad & Boujee packages, each available with no nail art, simple nail art or extravagant nail art, with pricing that depends on design complexity. The salon describes the extravagant art option as its most requested service. Appointments with nail art typically take about 2 to 3.5 hours, and more complex designs can add an hour or two.
Nail fixes are priced per finger. Fixes done within 4 days of an appointment are free, and after that a fill or a personal contact is required. Gel polish is not offered on its own, but gel can be added to any service.
Beyond appointments, the owner offers one-on-one private technical training in Orlando for women who want to do their own nails or are considering beauty school. The training covers tools for beginners, sanitation and safety, natural nail preparation, acrylic or Gel X application and maintenance. It does not provide a license to work on others. The salon also teaches group nail classes twice a year in the Orlando area.
Each appointment slot is reserved for one client, so the technician's attention stays on a single set at a time.
