The Lash Collective

The Lash Collective was founded by Tainaris and Jannely, who both work as lash artists. The studio describes its brow and lash services as high-quality and says its aim is to enhance each client's natural features rather than cover them up.

Clients book by contacting the studio directly, since online scheduling is not currently available. A valid credit card must be saved on file to book any appointment, and a deposit is no longer required.

Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more ahead carry no penalty. Anything made less than 24 hours in advance incurs a 50% service charge. A no-show is charged the full amount of the service, and a 15-minute grace period applies to lateness; after that the appointment is canceled and the full service fee is charged to the card on file.

Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, including foundation, mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow. Those who wear contact lenses should bring a case, and clients who decline to remove their lenses will not be serviced. Extra guests are not allowed in the space, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Booking a fill in advance is advised to avoid being charged for a full set. A visit counts as a fill only if at least half of the extensions are still on at the appointment. Fills over existing clean work are accepted but not guaranteed. If existing extensions are unhealthy for natural lashes, the studio suggests a removal and full set instead, and a fill may be rescheduled if time does not allow.
