Color and extensions make up much of the menu. Custom color options include color service, color refresh, color blending, livid-in color and vivid coloring, and lightning can be done as an accent, partial or full service. Extension work covers K-Tip, weft and tape-in styles, with install and removal services alongside. An extension consultation is required before any extension service can be booked. A complimentary color consultation lasting 30 minutes is available for guests who are unsure what to book.
Child's haircuts are for guests under 12. Finishing blow dries are offered on their own, and keratin smoothing and perms are the treatment options.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total, and an appointment is confirmed only once the deposit arrives. The balance is paid on the day of the visit. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit is forfeited after that. Late arrivals may shorten the service time, but the full fee still applies. Items for extension work are not shipped, and quantities are settled by message after a consultation.
Kayla aims for each client to feel just as good on the outside as within, and to leave feeling more self-assured.
