Visits are by appointment only. Clients call or text to book, and the studio asks that messages be sent before 9pm. Lash extension clients can book a fill at two, three or four weeks, or a full set in classic, hybrid, volume or mega styles. Hybrid and volume fills begin at set prices and rise by $10 for each additional week between visits, and removal is offered for clients who want their extensions taken off.

Skin services include facials and chemical peels using Image Skincare professional products. The brand's products are described on its home page as containing plant stem cells and natural ingredients. The studio is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals.

Booking policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice, or missing an appointment without cancelling, results in the full appointment amount being charged, payable before the next appointment.
