The studio has four private rooms for artists, and only clients being serviced are allowed inside. Walk-ins are welcome, but clients are asked to text the studio for current availability to avoid a wait, and a waitlist is kept for fully booked dates. The booking calendar opens monthly on the 11th at 11am, and permanent makeup appointments are given booking priority. Chicago-area clients book through the studio's Vagaro page. Some services require a deposit at booking, and appointments submitted without a required deposit are declined. Cancellations should be made online through the client's Vagaro account at least 36 hours ahead to avoid fees, and late cancellations under 24 hours are charged the full cost minus the deposit. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period on appointments over an hour, and a $10 late fee may apply. After-hours appointments that may run past 6pm carry an extra $40, and those running past 8pm or booked on a Saturday or Monday carry an extra $50.

On the service side, lash offerings include classic and hybrid volume extensions and lash maintenance. Brow services include five brow tinting techniques and brow lamination, sometimes called brow perm or feather brows, which runs 50 minutes and covers tint, shaping, trim and wax with an aftercare kit. The studio recommends pairing lamination with Brow Control for lasting shine and hold. Permanent makeup covers Ombré microshading, lip blush (a semi-permanent tattoo that adds color and shape to the lips) and faux freckles, a waterproof service for a sun-kissed look. Facials range from express options to full treatments, including dermaplaning, enzyme, brightening and sensitive-skin formulas. Microneedling and an ink-less stretch mark and scar camouflage procedure are also offered, with a free consultation for camouflage. Bundles pair brow lamination with brow wax and tint, lash services with brow wax and tint, lash services with henna brow, and lash services with Ombré microshading.

The academy teaches a 45-hour FlexLash lash certification program in three phases, which students can complete in as little as 8 days according to the academy, at $2,500 with a $500 deposit. The 45 Hour IDOH Lash Licensing Program is the 45-hour course the Indiana Department of Health requires for people entering eyelash extension work without a cosmetology license, and it also costs $2,500. Shorter courses include Stainé Brow Mastery, a one-day hybrid stain brow course with no developer or PPD that requires no license, at $750; the Brow Wax & Tint Masterclass, a one-day course on waxing, tinting, mapping and color theory, at $650; the Brow Lamination Course for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, at $750; and the Henna Brow Course, limited to five students, at $750. The two-day Ombré Microshading Training costs $1,700 with a $400 deposit and includes a free refresher day and six months of post-training support. Combo courses save between $150 and $300. Lash classes are limited to five students, and students receive an XXL supply kit, a Pro manual and free refresher days. Payment plans are available through Afterpay, Partial.ly, Cherry and Vagaro, and interest-free academy plans must be arranged at least six weeks before class. Academy deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Alumni receive a 20% discount on supplies, and the academy offers ongoing mentorship after coursework.

The studio says it uses only top-quality products and keeps up with the latest lash and brow techniques and industry trends.
