Lim Wil Curls is a curly hair business at The Parlor, on the second floor of Mill #1 in the Tannery at 50 Water Street, Newburyport. Natarsha Scott founded it after returning to Newburyport from work in Cambridge, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Visits begin with a consultation, and the core service is a curl-by-curl haircut. New clients who have not had a cut from Natarsha book a New Client Curly Haircut, which includes a consultation, detox, wash, hydration, styling and at-home maintenance teaching. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair with no product, no pulled-back styles, and no hats, headbands or hair ties. The salon works only with natural hair, from wavy to coily, and does not straighten it. It also does not use curl type classification systems.

Color services range from demi-permanent gloss to hand-painted highlights and custom color, and several haircut and highlight services are limited to existing clients. Separate services are offered for children ages 3-12 and active students 13 and older. Appointments carry a $100 deposit toward the booked service, and cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit it. Gift cards are available.

Curl-focused and natural-texture only, with at-home maintenance education included alongside services.
