The Parlor is a boutique hair salon in Suite 136 of the Tannery on Water Street in Newburyport. The salon describes itself as contemporary and states that it was voted Newburyport's Best Hair Salon each year from 2009 through 2019.

The salon is led by its owner, Richard Nocera, a master stylist and master colorist who also leads the stylist team. Color services range from full color changes and single process color with a blowout to one- and two-color high or lowlights, and corrective color consultations are available before that work.

Cuts run from bang trims and partial haircuts to Deva cuts with a finish and haircuts with a style and blowout, and men's cuts are offered as well. For texture, the menu includes perms, straightening consultations, flat ironing, blowouts and styling for curly hair. The salon also sells professional finishing and styling products.
