The studio offers a coffee and cocoa bar, a fridge stocked with drinks, a snack basket, WiFi, magazines and an in-studio library to make the wait comfortable. Clients can also buy gift certificates. Pricing is set by the result a client wants rather than by age or gender, and clients choose the timing and price that suits them. The studio describes its pricing as transparent with no surprises.
The studio does not offer keratin treatments, full bleach outs, vivid colors, stand-alone blowouts, haircut-only appointments or quick cuts, though referrals are offered for some of these. Cancellations should be made online at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who are ill can cancel online up to 24 hours before, or email for a late cancellation due to illness. Questions can be sent by email, and same-day contact is handled by text.
The studio builds complete looks rather than selling single services, choosing techniques, tools and products with hair health in mind. Pricing depends on the result wanted, not on who the client is.
