The facial menu starts with the Signature Facial, which includes a skin analysis, double cleansing, customized exfoliation, extractions if wanted, a neck and shoulder massage, a facial massage, a customized mask and finishing products. The Signature Back Facial is a back-focused option that can include a chemical peel. The Advanced Custom Facial draws from a wider set of methods, such as dermaplaning, enzymes, chemical peels, oxygen therapy, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, cryotherapy and gua sha, and is designed to need no add-ons.

Clients can also book microneedling, a collagen-induction treatment that creates controlled microchannels in the skin, customized to each client and offered as a single session or in series. Skin treatments include milia removal, which can be done around the eye area but not directly on the eyelids. Corrective body treatments use professional acids to smooth roughness, brighten discoloration and reduce buildup.

Lash services include lash lifts, lash tints and a combined lift and tint, and brow services include brow waxing, brow tinting that stains only the brow hairs, and brow lamination. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, including a full face wax, leg waxes and a Brazilian wax offered to female clients only.

Remote options are available. A virtual consultation by phone or video call can be booked, and product pickup is delivered to the client's vehicle during a reserved time slot, with virtual retail clients able to have products delivered to their home. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with a deliberately streamlined menu intended to make skincare choices simpler.
