The menu runs from cuts and styling to color. Haircuts are priced for any length and texture, with a shorter clipper cut on the sides and back. Color work covers single process color and roots, double process and bleach and tone on virgin hair, plus highlights, balayage and foilyage with toner included in the price. Keratin smoothing is offered for frizz, and the salon says that treatment reduces frizz by 90 percent. Extensions include tape-in and hand-tied weft options.

Pricing is a starting point. Color and chemical service prices can move with hair length, the amount of product and the time needed, and each stylist sets their own prices, which the booking system shows. New clients who want color are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation first, and consultation is also required for color corrections on double process and bleach and tone on virgin hair, and before any extensions. A skin or patch test checks for an allergy to hair dye before color.

Booking has a few firm terms. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment. Changes need at least 48 hours notice; later cancellations or reschedules are charged 50 percent of the reserved services or the full deposit, whichever is more, and no-shows pay the full price of the service. In an unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee may be carried over to future services. The salon also accepts applications for chair rental and for apprentice or assistant positions.
