The menu is built around hair color. Clients can choose a single-process color or a retouch, partial foil highlights that are placed within the hair, or full foil highlights that lighten the whole head. Each foil service can be paired with a haircut, a color, or both, and the color services include a set of options for adding extra color bowls. Cuts range from a children's cut and a clipper cut to a short or long haircut, and shampoo and blowout is offered as a styling service.

Nail services are kept to the basics: manicures and pedicures using either Dazzle Dry or OPI gel polish. Both polish types are described as lasting up to two weeks, and the gel options include removal of old gel when it is needed. Paraffin and gloss are available as add-ons. The salon uses Wella color and haircare and Sebastian styling products.

Cancellation terms ask for 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged half the service fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be performed.

Each appointment is one client in a private suite, and nail work can be scheduled alongside color so the wait during processing is used for a manicure or pedicure.
