The color menu runs from permanent color on roots only, used to cover gray, to root smudge melts that use a slightly darker shade to soften the line between regrowth and lighter lengths. Gloss refreshes use a demi-permanent toner applied at the bowl, a single all-over color is usually a shade darker, and vivid work uses semi-permanent or fantasy color on clarified, dry hair. Color correction is priced hourly after a required consultation.

Highlight options include a small set of foils around the hairline or part for a money piece, bleach and tone with lightener applied to the scalp when regrowth is no more than half an inch, and partial or full foil and balayage services that include toner and any treatments needed along the way. Haircuts cover bang trims, dry cuts that do not include a wash or blowout, clipper cuts, and custom cuts with a blowout. Weft extensions can be installed, with pricing based on the number of rows, or removed.

New clients pay a deposit for most services, from $20 for a custom haircut up to $150 for color correction. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Payments go through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
