The studio concentrates on waxing, and it says its aim is to help clients feel more confident through their waxing experience. The studio states that it has several years of waxing experience and that its staff have completed waxing courses.

Hair should be about the size of a grain of rice, roughly a quarter inch or two weeks of growth, before a wax, and longer hair does not need trimming. Before an appointment, the studio suggests exfoliating a day ahead, showering the night before or the morning of, wearing loose clothing, and avoiding caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours.

At the first visit, the studio recommends a waxing schedule. Facial areas and underarms are generally best every two to four weeks, bikini and Brazilian every three to four weeks, and other areas every four to six weeks. Before a big event, the studio suggests booking three to four days ahead, and first-time clients are advised to plan two to three waxes beforehand.

Some policies apply. Clients using prescription retinoids such as Differin or Retin-A are asked to stop seven days before and until seven days after an appointment, and clients taking Accutane cannot be waxed. Waxing during a period is allowed, with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup in place for bikini and Brazilian services. There is a six-minute grace period after the appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the booked services and cannot book again until fees are paid.

Brow services include a one-on-one consultation for shape and design, a tweeze option that suits sensitive skin or certain medications, and brow lamination that keeps brows defined for up to eight weeks. Brow tint lasts up to seven days on the skin and up to four weeks on the hairs. Brow trims can be finished with Kelley Baker Brow products. Gift cards are available in set eGift amounts or a custom amount. The website also has a small shop for products.

Recommends a waxing schedule at the first visit so clients can plan their upkeep from the start.
