Before any service begins, the team takes time to learn each client's needs and preferences. New clients can request a free consultation, usually arranged by text or email, with in-person consultations for more detailed discussions. Corrective color and fashion color both require a consultation first.

Blowouts begin with a wash and conditioning treatment, then a style customized to the client. Add-ons include rollers or a hot tool for $20 and clip-in extensions for $35. Keratin treatment is $290. Haircuts include fringe cuts, fringe maintenance, clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and scissor cut and style. Color options include gloss or all-over color, root retouch, root retouch with grey coverage, corrective color, and fashion color.

Half and full upstyles and wedding and event makeup start at $140. Clients are asked to arrive for upstyles with clean, dry hair, and for event makeup with a clean, makeup-free face. Beverages are offered during upstyle and makeup appointments. Nail services include intricate designs, which should be arranged in advance so enough time and products can be set aside. Nail design pricing is set by consultation with the artist.

The Suite at Level is a private bridal suite that can be rented for getting-ready time. The six-hour rental costs $1,100 and includes opening and closing, a coffee, tea and water station, warm essential oil towels, a styling station, Bluetooth speaker access, restroom access, and light housekeeping afterward. Optional add-ons include IV and drip wellness services through a neighboring studio, bridal nails, and social media content creation, subject to availability. Summer bookings for the Suite are limited. Bridal and event inquiries go to hello@levelbeautycollective.com.

Bookings are made online through Fresha. A card must be entered when booking. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early and to keep phones silent during services. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a 100% fee applies to no-shows and late changes. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a charge may apply. Parking validation for one hour is available in the lot next to the salon, and bike racks are out front.

The salon takes time to understand each client's needs and preferences before starting any service, and it offers free consultations to new clients.
