Every visit starts with a consultation covering hair history, lifestyle and goals. New clients, and anyone seeking a big change, are encouraged to book a consultation first. Pricing is talked through with the client before any service begins, and most clients return about every six to eight weeks, depending on the color and cut. Saturdays are not a regular working day, but appointments can be requested by text or phone.

The color approach centers on healthy hair, soft blends and shades that suit the client rather than overwhelm them. Color is planned with grow-out in mind, so clients aren't tied to a strict upkeep schedule, and the stylist gives tips and a maintenance plan to use between appointments.

Wedding work is offered on site, or off site and on Sundays, and includes updos and half updos. Hair enhancement services such as Coppla Keratin treatments, a Brazilian blowout and hair extensions are priced after a consultation. Booking is by phone at (401) 824-6207. There is no deposit requirement and no cancellation fee, though the studio asks for clear notice when a visit is canceled or moved. A classic pedicure is also on the price list.
