Appointments are booked by phone only, not through the website, and the salon is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, closed Sundays. Callers are asked to phone and ask when they want a time outside regular hours, since some appointments are booked then. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; inside 48 hours, 50% of the service price is charged to the card on file, and a no-show is charged the full price or added to the next appointment. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult during appointments. Listed prices are a base and can rise with hair length, thickness or extra time, and adding hair extensions to any service costs extra.

Color work includes full color, color retouch, toner and gloss, face framing, and foil services, with custom blonding sessions offered for the face, a partial head or the full head. Fashion and corrective color are priced after a consultation. Keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, along with a CBD Molecular Mender treatment, are also offered. Facials run from a 30-minute Quick Fix to a 60-minute anti-aging Turn Back Time facial, and one facial includes peach fuzz removal. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs and back, and lash lifts and tints, makeup application and airbrush makeup are offered, with makeup by appointment only.

For weddings, the salon recommends booking a bridal trial about four to five months before the date. At the trial, the stylist talks through the bride's preferences and goals, then photographs the final hair and makeup and records the products used. Brides have 24 hours after the trial to confirm their style and should bring any accessories or extensions they plan to wear. Wedding rates apply to Aquidneck Island weddings, and destination weddings are priced by phone. On-location service brings stylists to the client for an added flat fee; they arrive 30 minutes before the first appointment to set up and bring their own preferred products, while makeup uses the products approved at the trial. On-site touch-ups are charged per hour per stylist.
