The core offerings are K-tip hair extensions, precision haircuts, custom color and healthy haircare. Extensions are 100 percent Indian human hair with no chemicals added, installed with K-tips after a required consultation. The Champagne Experience and The Extension Experience packages combine installation and hair with lunch, and the latter includes a take-home haircare kit.

Visits are by appointment, booked through the website, since calls and texts are no longer accepted for booking. Only clients with an appointment may enter the salon, and children are discouraged during appointments. Consultation-only and video consultation options are available, with $25 of each credited toward a booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to a future appointment, and a no-show forfeits the deposit and adds a $50 fee when booking again.
