Loc and microloc work is the core of the menu. Options run from starter locs and loc maintenance to Sisterloc retightening, microloc retightening, interlock maintenance and new microloc transfers, with add-on styles such as curls, two strand twists, loc knots, petals and pipe cleaner styling. Loc repair, loc extensions and loc reattachment are also offered. Outside locs, the salon does curl and texture styling such as wash and go, flexi sets, rod sets and silk presses, along with colour work and scalp and hair treatments.

Bookings are made online through the salon's booking portal. The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Some services take a deposit at booking, ranging from $20 to $75, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations are charged 50 percent of the appointment and no-shows are charged the full amount, so clients who cannot attend should phone the salon within 48 hours of the appointment to reschedule.
