Each client gets a dedicated parking space at no charge, along with complimentary refreshments and pure, RO-filtered drinking water. The studio has a private feel, so guests can relax or work while their hair is done. Two dedicated hairstylists work there, and the salon charges no credit card fees.

Color is built on Eufora, which the salon describes as a clean, high-performance line. Eufora's formulas are very low-ammonia or no-ammonia and use a botanical base that includes certified organic aloe vera. According to the brand's own no-list, the products are free of parabens, mineral oil, harsh sulfates, formaldehyde, artificial derived dyes, triclosan, talc and microbeads, and are not tested on animals. Styling is done with Dyson tools, and a Dyson air purifier runs in the space.

The menu runs from a quick gloss and root color to full highlights and dimensional techniques such as balayage and shatush. Two keratin smoothing options are offered, one lasting up to 10 weeks and one lasting up to 5 months. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or any custom amount, can be sent right away or on a chosen date, and are final sale.
