The salon says its philosophy rests on respect, acceptance, kindness, sincerity and honesty, extended to both its team and its clients. It describes the space as light, modern and welcoming, with a creative feel for clients and stylists alike, and the team as warm and family-like.

Hair services are sold a la carte, so clients choose each service on its own. Cuts include shampoo and blow-dry, and color ranges from men's and women's single-process color through spot foils, partial and full foils, and balayage or custom color. Color correction is priced after a consultation. Smoothing and K18 treatments, a PH Botox hair treatment, and conditioning treatments are also offered.

The spa menu includes signature facials in 45, 60 or 90 minute versions, microcurrent facials, chemical peels, hydrofacials and lymphatic facial massage, with skincare from the Murad professional line. Massage ranges from signature therapeutic massage in 30 to 120 minute lengths to craniosacral, reflexology and lymphatic therapy and prenatal massage. Clients in their first trimester must bring a doctor's letter clearing them for massage before the appointment. Makeup services include airbrush bridal makeup, special occasion makeup, traditional makeup and makeup lessons. Lash and brow services range from full sets and volume options to lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting, and waxing is available for brows, face, legs and bikini. Packages bundle several of these services together, and Nails by Connie, an independent nail professional, works in the salon but is not affiliated with it. Booking is by phone or online, with a 50% deposit required for online bookings and none for phone bookings.
